HIIT Training
Experience the power of HIIT training, High-intensity interval training is a dynamic workout method that is designed to maximise calorie burn, boost cardiovascular fitness, & improve muscular endurance in a shorter timeframe. The benefits of HIIT are incredible. Not only does it torch calories during the workout, but it also continues to rev up your metabolism even after you’ve finished. Plus with its adaptability, HIIT allows you to customise the intensity and exercise to suit your fitness levels and goals.
Nutrition

Conrad Goodhew, the founder of CGN and an accredited sports dietitian dedicated to helping athletes, weekend warriors, and busy professionals achieve their nutrition goals with personalised and straightforward strategies. He works with renowned sports teams (like the Crusaders), lectures on sports nutrition, present to numerous businesses, and provide one-on-one consultations.

We have teamed up with the legendary bodyscan360. A body composition scan provides valuable insights into your body's composition beyond just weight. It analyses the ratio of fat, muscle, and other tissues in your body, giving you a deeper understanding of your overall health and fitness. By measuring metrics such as body fat percentage, muscle-mass, and visceral fat levels, a body composition scan helps you track your progress and make informed decisions for achieving your fitness goals.

Accountability
Our commitment to your success goes beyond temporary
transformations. The purpose of our accountability board is to instil healthy, sustainable habits that will empower you to make lasting
improvements to your health and well-being for the long
run, not just the 6-week period. We prioritise lasting change over quick fixes, as we firmly
believe that permanent results require permanent changes.
Team Blue vs Team Yellow
During the 8 week challenge, you have the choice to participate in our Team based challenges. We will be splitting up into two teams, competing against each other for the chance to be crowned as champions. Not only will the team challenges reward you with the ultimate bragging rights, there are prizes and hidden challenges that you won’t want to miss!
The purpose of the team challenge is to foster camaraderie, motivation, and healthy competition among members. By participating in the team challenge, you'll have the opportunity to form connections with other members and work together towards a common goal. The challenge aims to inspire teamwork, accountability, and a sense of achievement, all while promoting a fun and engaging environment for our members.
