Unless agreed otherwise in writing, all members must provide a personal e-mail address. The member acknowledges, unless they opt out, they may receive promotional and marketing emails from the Gym and each of their related bodies, suppliers and service providers from time to time updating me on my membership benefits along with other promotional and marketing offers.

COLLECTION OF INFORMATION: 

The member agrees to personal information being collected by the Gym and its related bodies for the purposes of compiling a database of member information. The Gym will take all reasonable steps to ensure such information is protected and only disclosed to its respective related bodies, officers, employees, agents, suppliers and external service providers or otherwise as and when required by law. The member hereby consents to and each of their respective licensees to use, reproduce, copy, exhibit or distribute (in full or in part) any photographs or videos taken of the member and/or recordings made of the member's voice and/or written extraction, in whole or in part, of such recordings, or computer files in which the member may be included, for any purpose whatsoever. The member hereby releases, discharges and agrees to avert the Gym and all bodies or persons acting under its permission or authority from any liability or injury that may occur while performing or appearing in the said video, audio, photographic or computer-based production.
